Claripulse analyzes publicly available FDA MAUDE (Manufacturer and User Facility Device Experience) adverse event data. We do not collect, store, or process any protected health information (PHI) or personally identifiable information (PII) from MAUDE reports.

Data We Collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and display name for authentication purposes. We may also store your watchlist preferences and usage patterns to improve the service.

Data We Analyze

All device safety data displayed in Claripulse is sourced from the publicly available FDA MAUDE database. MAUDE data is de-identified by the FDA before publication. We do not attempt to re-identify any individuals from this data.
