Claripulse is a research and informational tool that analyzes publicly available FDA MAUDE adverse event data. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Data Accuracy

MAUDE reports are submitted voluntarily and may contain incomplete, inaccurate, or unverified information. The presence of a report does not establish a causal relationship between a device and an adverse event. Signal detection results are statistical indicators, not confirmed safety findings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to re-identify any individuals from the de-identified MAUDE data presented in this system. You may use Claripulse data for research, regulatory, and quality improvement purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

Claripulse is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on data presented in this system.
